The course withdrawal period for this semester (113-1) will be open from 10:00 AM on December 2 to 9:00 AM on December 9. Students who wish to withdraw from courses should complete the process online within this period.
What is Course Withdrawal?
Course withdrawal allows students to terminate a course they are enrolled in during the current semester due to difficulty adapting, lack of interest, or other special reasons. After withdrawing, the course will no longer count toward grades or credits, and the instructor will not evaluate the student for that course.
Course Withdrawal Period:
- From 10:00 AM on December 2, 113 (Monday)
- To 9:00 AM on December 9, 113 (Monday)
Conditions for Withdrawal:
- A course may only be withdrawn once during the student’s entire period of study.
- The total remaining credits after withdrawal must meet the minimum credit requirements for the semester.
- Students must retain enrollment in at least one course during the semester after withdrawal.
Withdrawal System Path:
- Campus Information System → Academic Affairs System → Input System → (Course Selection) Withdrawal
- (Detailed instructions are provided in the attached file.)
Important Notes:
- After withdrawing, check online during the confirmation period to ensure the course status is updated. Report any discrepancies immediately. If no action is taken or confirmation is missed, the system record will prevail.
- Withdrawn courses will still appear on the transcript with a grade notation of “W” (Withdrawn) but will not be included in GPA calculations.
- Attendance records for withdrawn courses will be removed after the course selection confirmation period. Students should verify their updated attendance records online.
- Withdrawal does not result in a refund of credit fees. Students who have not yet paid tuition or fees (including credit fees) must still pay according to the university’s tuition policies.
- Withdrawal may affect eligibility to apply for excess credits in the following semester.
